The Starkey Building, located directly north of Festival Plaza in Old Town Lafayette, is available for meetings, parties, receptions and other private functions. The building’s front door opens into two small parlor areas. It also has a small sun room that could be used during a private reception. Building capacity is 40 people. The rental fee is $25 per use.
