Mary Miller Theater - Rentals

Welcome to the Mary Miller Theater, home to a variety of performing arts.  In its lifetime, the theater, at 300 E. Simpson Street, has been a church, a library, an emergency hospital, and is today a beautiful home for the arts.  To rent the Mary Miller Theater, simply complete and submit the form below.  Based on availability, your reservation will be confirmed by phone within five days of submittal.

Liability Waiver/Indemnification Agreement: By submitting this reservation request, I agree that I have received, read, understood and agree to comply with the Mary Miller Theater’s Auditorium Policy and Use Procedures.

I hereby fully release and discharge the City of Lafayette, its officers, agents and employees from any and all claims from injuries, including death, damage or loss, which may arise or which may be alleged to have risen out of, or in conjunction with, the above meeting(s) or event(s) in the Mary Miller Theater.
b. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless and defend the City of Lafayette, its officers, agents and employees from any and all claims resulting from injuries, including death, damages and loss, which may arise or which may be alleged to have arisen out of, or in conjunction with, the above  event(s) in the Mary Miller Theater.
