Responsibilities & Services
The Planning Division provides review and monitoring of all development proposals to ensure consistency and compliance with approved development standards and zoning, and coordinates the review and approval process through the Zoning Board of Adjustment, Planning Commission, and City Council.

The development process consists of the review and approval of all land use proposals such as Annexation, Site Plan/Architectural Review, Special Use Review, Rezoning, and Subdivision Review including sketch plan, preliminary plan, and final plan.
