About the Public Art Committee
Bringing large-scale, permanently installed public art and an annual art on loan sculpture walk to Lafayette.
  • Art on the Street 2013 sculptures are on South Public Road.  Take a walk and enjoy all the interactive components, with a call in feature as well as information about each artist on the website..  Take a look at the collection
  • PAC and LCAC hosted the Art on the Street: See & Respond! Art Show.  This was a unique opportunity for artists and poets to create a 2-D artwork or poem in response to any of the Art on the Street sculptures and enter this juried show.  Visit the photo album to see the 2-D entries.  More information about all the entries on the See & Respond page

  • Whimsy, a large scale kinetic sculpture, has found a permanent home at the corner of 95th Street and Arapahoe Road.  Whimsy was made possible by generous donations by the artist, Mike Davis, as well as John Cohagen and Shane Connors of Premium Powder Coating.

  • heART WALK for Health  2-mile walking route, which highlights Lafayette’s 21 Public Art Sculpture installations, including Art on the Street.
