Festival Plaza is a gathering place in Old Town Lafayette on Public Road and Chester Streets. The Plaza is composed of a series of four smaller interconnected plazas each designed with features to promote various events.

Starting Memorial Day, the fountains will be on from 10am to 8pm daily until Labor Day. Note that the fountains may be turned off during scheduled events.

The Public Art Committee has created a rotating, outdoor, sculpture program in Old Town Lafayette.  For 2011, 16 pieces have been installed along Public Road and feature both local and out-of-state artists as part of the rotating exhibit. There are currently four pieces that are installed at Festival Plaza.

A Reservation Permit is required to hold an event at the Festival Plaza.  All Festival Plaza reservations are handled through the Community Development Department at City Hall. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. For questions, please call 303-665-5588 x3337.
