Purchasing a WaterSense Toilet

New WaterSense toilets must replace old fixtures that use 3 gallons per flush or more. As a general rule, these are toilets that were installed before 1994. The replacement toilet must be new and for use in a residence located within the City of Lafayette.

To find a list of qualifying WaterSense labeled toilets, along with more information about the WaterSense program, please visit the U.S. EPA WaterSense Product Search. This product list is updated periodically so stay tuned as new toilets become available.



Remember to look for the WaterSense logo (pictured at left),
to ensure you are purchasing a toilet that qualifies for the City of Lafayette’s toilet rebate program. WaterSense toilets are available at local retailers.
