Commercial buildings constructed before 1994 are eligible for toilet rebates.  Rebates of $80 will be applied to the business water utility account for each EPA WaterSense labeled toilet that replaces a high volume flush toilet.  The program is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.  

At this time, multi-family buildings are not eligible for a rebate.
