2012 Summer Day Camp

Keep your kids moving and active in a learning atmosphere!

Summer is just around the corner and now is the time to start thinking about registering for our 2012 Summer Day Camp.   Listed below are links for the Parent Manual, registration form, emergency information/card and behavior agreement. 

Please download and print the parent manual and all the forms.  Bring all the information, with forms completed, to the mandatory parents meeting.    
 

• For returning families to our Summer Day Camp, your meeting is at 5:30 pm on May 9, 2012 
• If you are new to our Summer Day Camp, your meeting is set for 6:30 pm on May 9, 2012  

The meeting will be held in the multi-purpose room at the Bob L. Burger Recreation Center, 111 W. Baseline Rd., Lafayette, CO  80026.

Pay your child's summer day camp in FULL by April 23 and receive 10% off and a free lunch box!  Must register for a minimum of (6) six weeks in order to receive discount.
