Join us on an 8 week community challenge to lose weight and form healthy fitness habits!
The male and female who lose the biggest percentage of body weight will each win a FREE ANNUAL PASS to the Bob Burger Recreation Center. Punchcards will also be awarded to random participants who complete the program.
Exercise along with proper diet and nutrition is the key to weight loss

Nutrition Only: Learn about healthy foods, how to set goals, food journaling, recipe tips and more through 8 weekly workshops led by a registered dietician. Each participant will also participate in the Weigh and Win Program and receive an 8 week fitness/nutrition journal.

Fitness/Nutrition: In addition to the Weigh and Win Program and free participation in the weekly nutrition workshops described above, you will receive an 8 week pass to work out and attend fitness classes listed on our drop in fitness schedule. Classes range from beginner step erobics, strength training Body Pump, cardio pumping Body Combat and a wide range of yoga classes to name a few. The instructors will motivate you to reach for your fitness goals while getting fit and having FUN! This is the perfect opportunity to really “unlock” the inner fit and healthy you!
You must attend ONE of the following weigh-in's
Sat 1/14: 9am-11am
Mon 1/16: 5:30pm-6:00pm
Tues 1/17: 5:30pm-6:00pm
Wed 1/18: 6:00am-6:30am
Thurs 1/19: 8:30am-9:00am
