Permanently Affordable Homes
Permanently Affordable Homes are units that are available to households whose income does not exceed 80% of the area median income (see chart below), and applies from the first time the unit is sold and to each subsequent sale. The household must occupy the unit as the primary residence during the entire ownership time.

To be considered for the Permanently Affordable Homes program, please complete the Permanently Affordable Housing Unit Application. Once the application has been deemed complete, it will be reviewed for determination of qualification for the Permanently Affordable Homes program.
