We are moving to a new online study room reservation system on July 1.
Any existing bookings will be transferred into the new system, but we ask for your patience and understanding if issues with your booking arise. You many continue to use our old system until the end of the month. If you have the old page bookmarked, do not return to that on July 1; even if you are able to access that page, the bookings will not be valid.
How To Book a Room
Review Meeting Room Policies. Making a booking signifies agreement with all policies and Liability Waiver/Indemnification Agreement.
The study rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserve below, or call 303-665-5200
Reserve online up to 14 days in advance. If you are within 4 hours of the start time, you will be unable to book online, but you may stop in or call to reserve your time slot.
The following study rooms can be used free of charge during Library hours and are located on the upper level:
Study Room A (capacity: 3)
Study Room B (capacity: 3)
Group Study Room (capacity: 6)
Please read the guidelines before booking a time slot.
The study rooms may be booked by persons of any age free of charge.
The study rooms are limited to a 2 hour time block. A 1-hour extension is allowed if no one is waiting.
If the room is not claimed within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, library staff will release the reservation.
Damages to the room will be charged to the person who reserved it.
Due to limited space, we ask that no more than 4 reservations be made within a two-week period.
The rooms are not sound proof. Please be considerate of others' need for quiet.
Your request signifies that you have read and agree to the guidelines in full.
Exceptions to above procedures:
Volunteer tutors with area library-related programs, such as the Boulder Public Library Learn to Read Program, may book study rooms 30 days in advance.
The 2-hour limit does not apply to Library staff and City staff on city-related business.
