Emily, an associate with Cadmus, is an experienced project manager and policy analyst specializing in the energy industry, real estate, and corporate sustainability sectors. Emily is a skilled research analyst who has conducted studies regarding market barriers, market feasibility, and program effectiveness. Emily manages large portfolio evaluations, leading teams in completing annual quantitative and qualitative evaluations of utility demand side management programs. She specializes in process evaluations of home energy upgrade, commercial and industrial, and municipal energy efficiency programs.
Before joining Cadmus in 2012, Emily negotiated and managed conservation real estate transactions for The Trust for Public Land. These efforts resulted in the protection of thousands of acres of land valued at over $30 million. At the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, Emily advised local governments on strategic energy planning. Emily holds an M.S. in Environmental Studies and an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and a B.A. in French from Carleton College. She is also a GRI-certified sustainability reporter.
