The applicant is proposing an addition to two of these structures, the main house and one of the garages. All structures would be used as part of the business.
The developer held a neighborhood meeting on January 17, 2017. During a Public Hearing on February 28, 2017, the Planning Commission approved the Special Use and approved the Site Plan/Architectural Review with conditions.
