This project will be located on Lot 21 Vista Business Park. The property is bordered by Horizon Avenue to the east, and lots 19 and 20 to the north and south. The address will be 1392 Horizon Avenue. The 3.23 acre site is zoned M1 (Industrial).
The applicant is proposing to construct a two-story 7,108 square foot corporate headquarters that include office and warehouse space for Sustainable Supply. Sustainable Supply is attempting to get LEED certification with this building as an example of their commitment of sustainable practices. The office portion of the building will house ownership, management, and customer services. Sustainable Supply is a commercial restroom, maintenance, and building supply company.
The Planning Commission will review the Site Plan/Architectural Review for Lot 21 Vista Business Park on March 28, 2017. This is not a public hearing, as public hearings are not held for commercial site plan reviews.
