What is Stability Yoga?
"Rebecca Matthews brought me back to yoga. I doubted that I would ever attend another yoga class after repeatedly injuring myself during different yoga classes. From restorative to gentle and beginners to relaxing yoga venues, I just couldn't find a class that really taught me core strength and helped me stay injury free. I have been attending Stability Yoga with Rebecca for over 4 months now and I have never felt better. I LOVE the Eggs and Rebecca's gentle yet strong teaching style. I have honestly never felt this strong and I have been working out most of my life.
I can't imagine my life without Rebecca. I attend her classes twice a week and wish I could attend four days a week. We explore our own strengths and weaknesses and adjust our poses when we need to. She gives us individual attention and assists us in finding ways to work with our prior injuries and strengthen those areas that support total body health. The music, meditations and mudra's Rebecca incorporates into her practice also enhance and broaden our understanding of ourselves and the world around us. My life is better with Rebecca and Stability Yoga and I am so grateful to her for believing in herself, her practice and extending her vast knowledge to those of us lucky enough to learn from her."
