SHALLOW WATER AEROBICSShallow Water Aerobics, Mondays starting Sept 14 @ 9:20am

This low-impact class uses water's natural resistance for minimal stress on the joints to promote fitness/toning and increase energy.

  • This class will be every Monday, starting September 14 at 10am, in the lap pool.
    Limited to 15 participants.
