The applicant has resubmitted a new Sketch Plan for review for an approximately 4 acre, mixed use development. The property is proposed to be developed with a potential of 27 dwelling units and three commercial or mixed use buildings. The applicant has incorporated many of staff and the planning commission’s comments from November 29, 2017, with this redesign. It is located at the northeast corner of Arapahoe Road and Galt Way.

The Galt Plaza Mixed Use Final Plan, Special Use Review and Site Plan/Architectural Review was approved by City Council at a public hearing on April 2, 2019.
