The applicant is submitting a plan for a 3,959 square foot wellness center to be built on 4 lots. The Silos Wellness Center proposes to offer pilates, yoga, personal training, and massage/acupuncture services. Located on the former Lafayette Feed and Grain property, the applicant's goal is to bridge the gap between historic agricultural use and small town living.
At their November 28, 2018 meeting, the Planning Commission reviewed and recommended approval of the minor subdivision, preliminary plan/PUD, special use, and site plan/architectural review.
City Council approved the site plan/architectural review, special use review, PUD, comprehensive plan amendment, and rezoning on January 15, 2019.
All public meetings are complete and the project has been approved.
