Public Rentals

  • The Mary Miller Theater is not available for public rentals at this time.

The theater holds 75 people in theater-style, permanent seating. A small stage is available, along with a dressing room, box office, and an outside deck. On-street parking is free. Great for theater, film festivals, live music, lectures, and community gatherings.

The History

The Mary Miller Theater is the former home of the Congregational Church and was built in 1892. Funded primarily by Mary Miller, the founder of Lafayette, the building has functioned as an emergency hospital, a library, and today has been restored and remodeled for use as a community theater.
