Calling all mommies! Postpartum fitness is an entirely different ball game, and your body requires specific care.
The primary goal of this 4 week program is to rebuild your physical foundation and overall strength after pregnancy. Using a variety of fitness modalities from weight and strength training, yoga, Pilates, breathing techniques, and meditation. This class is suitable for those who are newly postpartum and/or those who have been years postpartum. The class is taught by a Certified Personal Trainer specializes in postpartum corrective exercises.
It is recommended that you bring your own mat. If your baby is under 6 months old they can join you in class as long as they are in a stroller or a carrier, if they are over 6 months of age you can take them to the daycare.
It's common for doctors to clear women to exercise at six weeks postpartum, but please clear it with your medical provider.
