Core, Strength, Power is a muscle building and cardio conditioning class focusing on high repetitions and light weight. Exercises will utilize a mixture of fitness equipment and body weight to sculpt, define arms, back, legs, and glutes. Classes will also contain an intensive abdominal/core component.
This class will be held at the Bob Burger Recreation Center in the Gym and you will enter thru the gymnasium doors. You do not need to go into the recreation center to check in, your registration checks you in.
