Latin Dance 9:15-10:15am every Thursday
This Latin-Inspired fitness class is a great, unique and effective approach to exercise. Drop-in fee $4 or SilverSneakers membership.
Ageless Grace 10:00-10:30am every Wednesday
Learn and enjoy the 21 movements tools that stimulate all five functional areas of the brain. Anti-aging exercises almost anyone can do. Drop-in fee $4.
3/1-3/22 -Tai Chi 11:00am-12:00pm
Tai Chi is exercise that is easy and gentle and develops body awareness that can help seniors to keep their balance. We have added another class. March class is filling up, register now!

There will be qualified AARP volunteers available to help prepare and electronically files taxes by appointment, at no charge.
