You are not required to create a City user account, but using one allows you to save progress and have a record of previously submitted forms. Sign in before filling out a form and Save frequently. Tip: if you receive errors while completing a form, verify that you have filled in all fields with an asterisk as those are required fields.
By signing in or creating an account, some fields will auto-populate with your information and your submitted forms will be saved and accessible to you.

September 2019 Water Bill Issue Form

  1. Thank you for submitting your information. We apologize for any frustration or inconvenience you may be experiencing. Please know we are working to finalize a billing investigation as quickly as possible, and will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

  2. Prior to submitting information, we recommend comparing the water usage on your current bill with your month of highest water usage in 2018 to see if those two numbers are similar. The metro area experienced the third hottest August on record and broke an all-time high temperature record in September. It is possible you may be experiencing a spike in usage as a result of the above normal temperatures.

  3. Please do not attempt to tamper with or open water meters. Doing so may result in damaged equipment and is against City ordinance.
